Questions about Intersparc

What should you ask before automating a strategy?

Straight answers about preparation, testing, broker access and the responsibilities that stay with you.

Start with the operating details

A useful first conversation is less about a promising chart and more about the exact rules, data and systems behind it. The questions below explain how we assess a proposed workflow and where our software work ends. They also highlight dependencies that can change timing or cost. If your case does not fit a standard plan, send a short description rather than trying to choose a configuration without enough information.

Questions about getting started

Do I need written trading rules?

Yes. We need entry, exit, sizing and pause conditions that can be checked against observable data. If a decision depends on your judgement, mark it as such. We can discuss how to document a rule, but we do not create a trading strategy or silently replace an unclear instruction with our own assumption.

How long does a typical setup take?

A focused workflow often takes two to four weeks after we have usable rules, data and any required technical access. Broker interface issues or changes to the specification can extend that period. We set out the expected stages in the written scope and explain which dependencies sit with us, you or a third party.

Can I test without placing live orders?

Historical testing and non-live broker environments may be available, depending on your data and broker. These checks help examine rules and technical behaviour without submitting live orders. They still have limitations: simulated fills and historical records cannot reproduce every condition that may arise during live execution.

What if my broker is not supported?

We review the published interface and the actions your workflow needs before proposing an integration. If the broker does not expose a required function, we explain the gap. You may choose a narrower technical scope, ask the broker about its options or decide that the proposed automation is not appropriate.

Questions about operating the tools

Will Intersparc watch my trades for me?

The dashboard displays configured events and alerts, but a subscription does not include continuous human supervision. You need to decide who will review alerts, check the broker directly when necessary and pause a workflow. We document what the tool reports and where its visibility depends on another system.

Can a control prevent every loss?

No. Configured limits can restrict specified software actions, such as order size or frequency, but markets can move, orders can fill differently from expectations and systems can fail. We test the controls available through the workflow and broker interface, then describe their boundaries so you can make an informed operating decision.

What happens if I change a strategy?

A changed entry condition, instrument or sizing rule should be documented and tested as a new configuration version before use. The effort depends on how much of the workflow and its assumptions change. We can review the request, describe the affected checks and provide a written scope for work outside your plan.

What costs sit outside the plan?

Brokerage charges, market data, third-party services and separate implementation work may add costs. Their availability and prices are set by the relevant providers. We distinguish known outside dependencies from Intersparc charges in the written scope, and you approve our final price before a paid plan is charged.

Before you send a question

A short outline is useful; private account credentials are not.

  • Name the workflow you want to discuss
  • Identify the broker, if one is chosen
  • Say whether written rules already exist
  • Note the data available for testing
  • Describe who would supervise operation

Still unsure whether this fits?

It is reasonable to ask about a single part of the workflow before considering an entire setup. We can discuss whether your rules are specific enough, whether a broker interface needs checking or what a historical test would require. We will not ask for passwords through a general enquiry. If your main need is investment advice or someone to choose and run a strategy for you, Intersparc is not the right provider.
