Give us enough context to respond usefully

A useful enquiry names the part of the workflow you are considering, whether you have written rules and which broker or data source may be involved. You do not need to send a full strategy in the first message. Please leave out passwords, API keys and account details. We will review the outline during business hours and respond with questions or an appropriate next step. A conversation does not commit you to a paid plan.

Meetings are arranged in advance so the right person can review your question. If you are reporting an issue with an existing workflow, describe the observed event and its time, but keep credentials out of your message.

What happens after you contact us

  1. We read the outline

    We identify the workflow area involved and check whether the request fits the tools and interfaces we support.

  2. We ask for missing context

    If rules, data or broker details are needed for an assessment, we explain what to prepare and how to share it appropriately.

  3. We define the scope

    For proposed paid work, we set out the technical tasks, dependencies and price in writing for your review.

  4. You decide

    No paid plan is charged before you approve its final price. You can ask further questions before making that decision.
